A video has emerged showing celebrated Journalist Alex Chamwada lying flat on the tarmac looking up as another grown up individual step on his stomach.
The acclaimed journalist who is currently in the DRC Congo on a working trip where he is recording his Daring Abroad show, updated his social media pages with the daring videos from Congo and his followers were left in shock.
According to his own words, he was part of the Sunday Nov 22 Goma Congo cultural where he toured to shoot the event and during the shoot, he was dared to join the locals in enjoying the day.
He could also be seen taking part in other intensive routine activities that took all day long and which involved men, women and children.
“This is Goma, the capital of the Eastern region of DRC. Things are good and we are fit. Residents here wake up early every Sunday to exercise before going to church. I joined them and see I am good,” Chamwada captioned some of the pics.
He also added that Goma locals including young and elderly men like exercising regularly for teh reasons of their health.
“Today I joined them because they exercise every Sunday morning. It is normal just like Nairobi, only that here they do it religiously.
“In Nairobi, there are people who wake up to go exercise in Karura and Buruburu among others. It is not a tradition, it is just a practice,” he further mentioned.
Chamwada travels a lot around the globe doing his Daring Abroad shows and not once has he attributed his success to hard work and resilience. watch this long video-
