Former Kibwezi legislator Kalembe Ndile has jumped onto Twitter to lament over the Nairobi Governor’s sudden impeachment.
In a long rant he posted on Friday Dec 4th, Mr. Ndile regretted how actions done by Nairobi County Assembly Members to send Governor Sonko home had left him(Ndile) with huge losses.

Speaking in Machakos Town over the weekend, Mr. Ndile claimed that this impeachment process would have waited for Sonko to first settle his sh 7 million debt before happening.
He explained that the amount stated above was as result of piled up bills at his Macha Hotel as well as other services he had rendered to the Nairobi County Government.
“My appeal would have been wangengoja hio mwaka moja na nusu ndio Sonko alipe deni zenye ako nazo, lakini kwa sababu ishafanyika sasa sina uwezo. Uwezo ni wa Mungu,” said Ndile adding that:
“I and Sonko are in good terms, Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka called and sat us down when Sonko agreed he will pay the whole money he owed me”.
But when asked what is his take on the overall impeachment process of the governor, he clearly stated that the actions were within the law.
The comic politician further seized the opportunity to warn other leaders who assume office and become arrogant that they might face the same wrath in a few days to come saying in politics no one including the president is immune to removal .
He added that Kenyans today are so intelligent and they will nolonger condone careless leaders going forward.
Ndile was a one term Cabinet Minister in the Mwai Kibaki regime.
