Deputy President William Ruto ally from Western, MP Justus Murunga has succumbed to Covid-19 virus.
According to Homenews.co.ke report, Murunga allegedly succumbed to the deadly Covid-19 virus while undergoing treatment at Mumias St. Mary’s Hospital in Kakamega County.
The first term Lawmaker who was elected on Amani National Congress ANC Party which is led by Musalia Mudavadi has been so close to Deputy President William Ruto and hardly does he miss his public rallies.
According to the publication, three weeks ago the late hosted the DP in a local jam-packed fundraiser before he would later be hospitalized.
The vocal MP was also part of the politicians who were linked to spate of insecurities in their area Matungu leading to their arrests before they were later freed.
