Sunday, October 30, 2022 –Raila Odinga’s Orange Democratic Movement ODM Party has started mobilizing charges ahead of the bombshell.
Speaking during the burial of Mzee Nyangaga Akoth, a member of the Luo Council of Elders, on Saturday October 30, Raila alerted his troops to be ready for the big day.
He clarified that he is preparing to drop a bombshell at the right time and asked his charges not to be swayed.
The opposition honcho went ahead to state that he has never recognized the current government because of the way it took power dubiously.
“The truth will come out and they will regret it. For now, I will not speak, but what I am Assuring you is that there is no going back,” Raila threatened.
He also mentioned that he had managed to gather a lot of reliable information on what exactly transpired in the election.
“We know what happened. Even those propagating that I did not get votes from the mount. Those people voted for us and I know it. I know the work that was done there. They stood with us.” He added and stopped the government from forcing the opposition to join government.
“We cannot be threatened to join the government, which government?” he posed.
On his part, Siaya Governor James Orengo stressed that his president is Raila Amolo Odinga and he will not recognize anybody else.
He used the opportunity to urge the Azimio fraternity to thank the former head of State Uhuru Kenyatta for standing with them and it was time he should be asked to come back for the next course of action.
“I am ready to sacrifice and join other Kenyans to ensure that Raila becomes the President”, he said adding that Kenyans should resist attempts to allow the country to slip back to a one-party state.
He was supported by Rarieda Member of Parliament Otiende Amollo who said Azimio leaders should resist attempts by Ruto to coerce them to join government.
