Nominated Senator Millicent Omanga’s carelessness on social media has cost her after she allegedly made a series of posts that seemed to shift her allegiance from DP William Ruto to the BBI camp.
“Well, the final #BBIReport is a remarkable improvement. Our proposals on Nairobi are captured; women and people living with disabilities (PWDs) have gained their rightful share. The youth have an enhanced package. I hereby declare my unwavering support and full endorsement of BBI. Fired up! Ready to go!” she tweeted.
Kenyans then took her on seeking to know why she, just like other Tangatanga group members, could not have one stand on anything at once.
Overwhelmed, she would later resurface claiming that some persons had infiltrated her account and she was following up the matter.
“I’ve reported the illegal impersonation and mischievous intrusion of my Twitter account to the authorities and I demand an immediate action. I’ve my views on BBI which I’ll share with Kenyans as I’ve always done. Kindly disregard the previous tweet as it wasn’t made by me,” responded Omanga.

Her answer could, however, not be sufficient for Kenyans on Twitter KOT who thought she only retracted after perhaps fellow Tangatanga members had pointed to her the mistakes in her careless tweets.
