Eyebrows continued to be raised after a young courageous man walked to the dais where Deputy President William Ruto was sited in a Maua Meru function on Saturday afternoon.
Unidentified man managed to walk sneak towards the red carpet, removed his shoes and handed the DP a brown khaki A4 envelope which many believed had important request message.
After pulling out his shoes and stepping on the red carpet, the young man stretched towards the DP, greeted him and gave out the well-sealed envelope without any interference from anyone not even the heavily armed bodyguards.
Those who witnessed what happened first hand wondered how he managed to reach that far without heavily armed security which was keeping vigil around Ruto noticing his antics.
According to the comment section which this desk sieved through, many held the view that this was another stage-managed move.
Eyewitnesses whispered to Dundapost.com news desk that as he approached the second most powerful man in Kenya, he(Ruto) appeared to display a smile as he ushered him in without any commotion.
