Monday, November 21, 2022 –The quack doctor James Mugo Ndichu alias Mugo wa Wairimu has been handed a 29 year long jail term by a Nairobi court.
The quack medic will have to spend the three decades behind bars for his inhuman actions at his medical facility.
This is after the court, on November 17, found him culpable of committing indecent crimes to his patients as well as practicing medical profession with cooked papers.
“He is a danger to society and ought to be kept away for a long time
“Instead of using the knowledge he says he acquired to improve society he went ahead by purporting to be a gynecologist and administering drugs to them,” Chief Magistrate Wendy Micheni ruled.
The court further determined that Mugo deliberately decided to misuse his qualifications from Nairobi University UoN by injecting patients with drugs and then sexually assaulting them.
The prosecution proved beyond reasonable doubts that the accused had involved himself in the crimes which took place at his private clinic.
