Wednesday, November 16, 2022 –Mumias East Member of Parliament Peter Salasya has bought first car worth sh 8 million just two months in office.
Salasya, who joined the Parliament a very poor man who could not afford two meals in a day, is already acquiring heavy machines including flying across the country, at will.
The MP today flaunted his four-wheeler machine Toyota Land Cruiser V8 2016 model that costed him a whopping sh 8 million.
The youthful lawmaker promised to use the car in serving the people of Mumias East who elected him in office
“Finally KDK037 is out and officially handed. Thank you people of #MumiasEast for the amazing trust and love you have in me,” he said in a tweet.
“I will serve you tirelessly in realizing your dream, and all Kenyans through my committee of Agriculture and Regional Development.” He wrote.
Salasya, since campaigns, has been using a similar ride donated to him by former Defence Cabinet Secretary Mr. Eugene Wamalwa.
