The State carried out a coaching session a day before the Building Bridges Initiative BBI launch at Bomas.
Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen while on a TV show last night sensationally claimed that delegates who attended the Monday meeting were coached on how to attack the DP through their speeches.
According to the ‘mouthful’ Senator, all DP William Ruto’s allies were given a black out not to attend the national event held at Bomas of Kenya due to a hidden agenda to expose their boss on attacks and ridicule.
Through his Twitter handle, Murkomen further alleged that all speakers who stood to address the gathering appeared to have one common enemy and who was DP William Ruto.
He added that the whole important meeting was well designed to make sure the deputy president is not heard nor taken serious.
“All the Speakers have been coached and rehearsed to attack only one man, the Deputy President in a Building Bridges Initiative. What a paradox! Does he occupy their thoughts that much? No wonder they refused to invite anyone associated with him,” Murkomen tweeted on Tuesday morning.
Murkomen who is a known DP ally however added that all tables were turned upside down when the DP refused to play into their gallery and ran away with the show.
Same sentiments were echoed by Soy lawmaker Caleb Kositany who also raised similar claims by saying all speeches from the other side were short of BBI message but full of DP attacks.
“Wheelbarrow conversation has found its way to the BBI function. Good coaching of some of the speakers though,” Kositany added on his Twitter page.
Ruto who appeared at the BBI launch displayed confidence by facing off with his perceived political enemies.
He seized the opportunity to tear down the BBI document page by page saying it was still underwhelming and risks being shot down by the Hustler Nation.
