OWEN MWATIA OR SINGER DADDY OWEN has allegedly been dumped by his beautiful five year long wife Farida. Word on the streets has claimed.
Farida left Owen on the first week of December and she has never returned home with rumour pointing at a Naivasha-based-tycoon who is behind the mess.
At the moment, Daddy Owen has been left in confusion, is devastated and can’t move because the lady is already engaged to the tycoon who runs a luxurious hotel in Naivasha.
“Farida is secretly engaged to a tycoon from Gilgil who owns a luxury hotel. Daddy Owen only got to find out she is engaged through pals. The ostentatious engagement ceremony was hosted in Naivasha,” A close Owen’s family member said adding that when the singer finally found this truth after making his way to Naivasha, some persons started threatening him.
“As we speak now Daddy Owen fears for his life. He is in hiding. He changes cars and doesn’t sleep at home,” he added.
Owen and Farida married through a grand wedding ceremony back in 2016 and their separation now puts to question the importance of weddings in marriages nowadays.
The Vanity composer, in one of his past Instagram posts, advised people not to be deceived by Farida’s great looks saying she also gets angry, fight and whenever she reaches that far, she turns to speaking in her Kikuyu language regardless of whether one understands or not.
