Uganda’s president Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has promoted his son Major General Muhoozi Kainerugaba Museveni to the rank of Lieutenant General.
This is same to his Rank(M7 himself) where General Muhoozi can now play the full role of the head of State in the army.
Does this mean that the president’s son will be sworn into power before the National United Platform NUP Party leader Bobi Wine?
President Museveni has been in power for not less than 34 years and has vowed not to leave office unless if toppled through a dirty coupe.

Singer Robert Kuagulanyi or Bobi Wine has however vowed to fight him tooth and nail until he surrenders power.
