Friday, October 21, 2022 –Lawyer Miguna Miguna now says it lacks logic to spare Noordin Haji and punish George Kinoti.
He has therefore challenged William Ruto’s government not to apply double standards while dealing with rogue officers serving in various State departments.
Speaking on NTV with Joe Ageyo on Friday October 22 night, the fire-spitting Miguna noted that sacking George Kinoti and purporting to praise Noordin Haji is not what should be happening in the new government.
“How can you attack Kinoti and praise Haji when Kinoti brings the files and Haji charges them?” Miguna posed.
The self-proclaimed National Resistance Movement NRM General was saying this after Ageyo wanted to know what his stand is on the move by the office of prosecutor to drop several cases just after Kenyatta had left office.
“I have two thoughts. I have never taken Haji seriously because he has a mad history from Special Branch days where he served. He is a torturer and who has never practiced law anywhere.
“He has subverted the rule of law more often and so he is a man I personally never expected anything good out of him,” Miguna protested live on Tv.
The Canadian-based Kenyan lawyer added that Haji was the one who implemented the blowing of his residence in 2018
Miguna jetted back from Canada on Thursday October 20 after the new William Ruto’s administration lifted the red alerts that have been a great hindrance to his return in the country.
