Despite Coronavirus pandemic ravaging the economy to the ground, there are a number of Kenyans who can still afford to buy a chopper.
Taps of money closed and people lost jobs since March but yesterday a photo emerged on ‘Expose Rogue and Killer Drivers’ page in Nairobi showing a brand new chopper aboard a hauler truck. This was along the busy Mombasa Highway.
“Sisi tuko hapa tumesota na watu wananunua machopper, spotted in emali enroute to Nairobi #lanes” captioned the photo as another Kenyan commented with:
“Hii niliona ikipita mombasa road Nairobi, wanaume wametafuta kwa wingi,” Sammy.
Shocked Netizens could not stop talking wondering where some people are getting the money to buy a chopper at the time half of the country cannot afford a meal.
