POLITICIAN CYRUS JIRONGO told William Ruto in the face that Western Region does not value him anymore.
Condoling Musalia Mudavadi’s family during the Mama Hannah Mudavadi requiem Mass held at Friends Ngong Road Church along Ngong Road Nairobi on Thursday January 7th, Mr. Jirongo through a thin-veiled-attack noted that Ruto was safe to visit all the funeral services because Luhya community was taught never to attack enemies during burial services.
He added that the reason Ruto only takes advantage of funerals to tour the region and which he seems to have perfected well, is because he noticed he cannot be embarrassed by anyone.
“Penye natoka, adui akikuja kulia na wewe huwezi kumpiga. Hata kama ulikuwa na silaha ya kumpiga unaficha kidogo hadi wakati mwingine,” he said.
Jirongo was speaking this as the second in command was pensively sited on his front raw chair in the church keenly following the proceedings.
The requiem mass which went on well today is supposed to lead to the final Mama Hannah’s burial service at Mululu village in Vihiga County on Saturday. Video/Courtesy-
