President Uhuru Kenyatta has officially stopped his Deputy William Ruto from accessing their party headquarters in Nairobi.
Ruto has also been issued with a stern verbal notice not to step his foot in any Jubilee Party branch offices starting Friday October 2nd.

According to news reaching our desk, Jubilee Party National Management Committee NMC has also recommended an immediate removal of Ruto from the deputy party leader’s office due to what they have termed as gross insubordination and disrespect to his seniors and other fellow officials.
Reports about Ruto storming their Pangani Headquarters alongside a total of 30 legislators affiliated to his Tangatanga wing last Thursday October 1st has led to the bitter feelings within the party’s top brass.
It is reported that Ruto broke the hierarchy and walked into headquarters compound where they staged a verbal attack directed to the president, Tuju and Murathe.
Sources said Ruto usurped his powers by taking advantage of the absence of Uhuru, who is currently in France, to launch a scathing attack at him (Mr. Kenyatta).
The secretary general has, on behalf of their faction, claimed that Mr. Ruto then bulldozed his way to the compound and used that time to create disharmony and leadership chaos.
Thsi actions have sincebeen termed as ‘attempted power grab’ where Ruto in the recent past has also been arrogance, insolence and disrespectful to them and the president.
“It is disturbing that the Deputy President invites this same retinue to the Party Headquarters to give them a platform to increase polarisation in the Party. Indeed, that move of inviting MPs allied to him almost created an ugly confrontation with close to 40 MPs not allied to him who also wanted to storm the headquarters,” Tuju said.
DP William Ruto is having a bitter rivalry with his own boss Uhuru Kenyatta and especially when it comes to fielding candidates in by-elections where Jubilee, as a party, does not want to.
That said, Kenyans will be interested to hear what Ruto will have to say about his removal from office.
