Sunday, November 13, 2022 –Amani National Congress ANC Party-allied politician, Cleophas Malala, has today Sunday November 13 revealed his role in William Ruto’s government.
Speaking for the first time since he was floored by ODM’s Fernandes Barasa in the just-ended general elections, Malala said he is a very powerful man in the current regime.
Malala who was given a chance to also address in the thanks-giving Baringo function, added that leaders from Western part of the country are fully in the government and support it to deliver what it promised.
“For us who lost the election are the deep state, so those who have raised their concerns about hunger and security, we as the ‘deep state’ will have a sit down with the president and solve that issue,” he said.
The former senator who lost in the last election, and who was running on the Musalia Mudavadis’ ANC Party ticket, told the audience that he still has the ear of the president and calls shotsat will.
As of now, Ruto has appointed his full cabinet which included Principal Secretaries but Malala’a name featured nowhere.
Luckily, his running mate, Dr. Beatrice Inyangala was picked by the president to be the PS State Department of Higher Education and Research.
