Thursday, December 28, 2022 -Newly-sworn in Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua is now moving into the Hustlers Masion in Karen.
The official residence of deputy president located in Karen suburbs in Nairobi has been at the center of controversy since 2013 when William Ruto was the deputy and, therefore, tenant.
Worth a whopping sh 400 million, the home had been converted into Ruto’s campaign secretariat where millions of his supporters used to throng every day during campaigns.
Though the State was not happy with this, Ruto continued occupying it with meetings after another.
On his part, Gachagua is already shuttling between his Harambee Annex office and the Karen mansion built by the late President Mwai Kibaki.
