Saturday, December 3, 2022 –Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has fired back at Azimio leaders inciting the youth to misuse Hustlers Fund.
Speaking in at Koikoigo Market in Maragua on Saturday December 3 afternoon, the DP accused a section of opposition politicians for misleading members of the public against Hustlers Fund loans.
He mentioned Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna as among key leaders who are telling the public to mess the Hustler Fund project.
“Nimeona huyu Senator wa Azimio kule Nairobi akiambia watu ati wachukuwe pesa na wakose kulipa. Kweli Mungu anapenda Kenya. Kama hii watu wangechukuwa serikali si tungezama,” he took a sharp swipe.
Gachagua therefore urged Mt Kenya small scale business people to repay any loans they will be taking from the Hustlers Fund kitty.
The DP said, for the loan to remain sustainable, there is need to repay and borrow more; what is also healthy for economy of the country.
