Sunday, October 23, 2022 –The 4 police officers who made part of the Dissolved Special Service Unit SSU now claim that they are being forced to implicate seniors in killings.
The four who were arrested on Saturday October 22 over the mysterious disappearance of two Indian nationals – Zaid Sami Kidwai and Zulfiqar Ahmad Khan – have now revealed that some State officials want to force a case on them.
Their Lawyer Danstan Omari who is preparing a strong defence for them narrated that his clients are being faulted for refusing to comply with calls to implicate some seniors in the multi-agency sector.
Also among those who disappeared mysteriously together with the Indians included their Kenyan driver, Nicodemus Mwania. The two Indian nationals had arrived to join the William Ruto’s digital campaign team.
“They are being faulted for refusing to fix some of their seniors in the disappearance of 2 Indian nationals and their Kenyan driver,” Lawyer Omari stated.
In Omari’s own version, the four clients had been promised to be put under the witness protection category should they agree to fix their colleagues.
“Among the issues that came up when they were being interviewed is that they were being told to frame senior officers and other people in the multi-agency sector. My clients refused to do that, they were promised to be placed under witness protection if they complied,” he stated.
The lawyer now says there is an open witch-hunt to his clients even before investigations are completed.
It is also being claimed that some strong State forces want his clients to be jailed for the crime so that to please the Indian families.
