Embattled ex-Sports Cabinet Secretary Rashid Mohammed Echesa made a triumphant entry in his Mumias home today just a day after Uhuru and Odinga unveiled the Building Bridges Initiative BBI Report.
The move reignited his politics with local voices saying he is now ready to start preparing ground for another stab at the legislative seat in Mumias while others pointed at BBI politics which he wants to play a major role on the ground.
