Thursday, January 19, 2023 –Nairobi-based media personality Kamene Goro has fallen out with her employer – Radio Africa Group.
Having served at Kiss 100 FM for three years, Ms Goro will be paving way for her replacement at the station.
A source privy to the happenings disclosed to other outlets that the ever-smiling Goro couldn’t agree on new terms with her employer.
Her place will be taken by Vybez Radio presenter Sheila Kwamboka alias Kwambox.
“Her addition will give listeners a chance to enjoy bigger, better, more engaging radio,” he added.
“We have a number of stations, the program controllers will incorporate her into the program over the next couple of days,” Group’s Chief Operating Officer, Martin Khafaf announced.
Apart from Kiss 100, the Waiyaki way-based media house also runs Classic105, Radio Jambo, Homeboyz, Gukena, East FM, the Star newspaper and Mpasho.co.ke.
