Those who love harvesting where they did not saw always get caught at their 40th day.
What this Eldoret town based pickpocketer was doing was not good but interestingly even the woman who was being pick-pocketed did not realise that this man had already dipped his fingers in her jacket’s pocket. She therefore went on with her business as if nothing had happened.
Whoever was following the victim is another as he, interestingly, never raised an alarm and this is how this country has sunk that law; you never get bothered with others as along as it is not you until your turn comes.
