DARING UGANDA’S OPPOSITION LEADER Bobi Wine born Robert Ssentamu Kyagulanyi has continued to send shock-waves across Uganda.
As the campaigns enter homestretch, the youthful politician who burst to the limelight after he moved from music to politics, on Thursday January 7th, arrived in a Namayingo Rally alone as most of his innerbase had been arrested on the way by police.
In his Friday morning update, Kyagulanyi posted some moments showing huge support base that received him despite the intimidations. In another photo, he could be seen atop his car engulfed in a thick cloud of tear gas lobbed at his convoy.
“The God we serve never sleeps! Today they arrested all the 23 members of our new campaign team & impounded the cars. They thought they had broken our back. I literally went to Namayingo alone. But this is how we were received! The wave is unstoppable!” he said.

On January 14 2021, Uganda will hold their general election that will see the country’s long serving head of State Yoweri Kaguta Museveni battle it out with the youthful Kyagulanyi who has his huge ‘youthful and ghetto’ support intact.
Kyagulanyi Ssentamu is optimistic that this time around he will eject the ‘Dictator’ from the top office so that Ugandans finally can breath a sigh of change for along time.
