Kenyans have exposed ethics body’s plans to loot public coffers off millions in the pretense that they are investigating Prof George Magoha conduct.
Lawyer Ahmednasir Abdullahi on Monday November 16th took to his Twitter page to expose the scheme to use millions of public money to investigate something that was as obvious as Magoha abusing his junior in camera.
Ethics & Anti Corruption Commission wants to spend millions of tax payers money to investigate Prof Magoha for calling to order a junior official in the education ministry. The established city lawyer went ahead to state that the issue to investigate Prof Magoha was misplaced since there were serious graft cases in the country which the same EACC had ignored.
“Ethics & Anti-Corruption Commission wants to spend millions of tax payers money to investigate Prof Magoha for calling to order a junior official in the education ministry. The same commission has adamantly refused to investigate the Health Minstry where over 2 Billion $ is lost,” he reasoned.
The same sentiments were shared by popular city blogger Lord Abraham Mutai who noted that the integrity commission was now taking Kenyans for a ride.
“A scandal running into Billions of sh in the ministry of Education is exposed by a newspaper. EACC says nothing. The same EACC instead plans to investigate comments made by the Minister of education when he was dealing with rogue, lazy and entitled ministry officials,” he tweeted.
