Sunday, December 18, 2022 –Popular city lawyer Donald Kipkorir has claimed that Uhuru Kenyatta’s Deep State looked for Wafula Chebukati to bribe him billions but they couldn’t find him.
Lawyer Kipkorir was responding to political analyst David Makali’s tweet on whether the so called the Deep State existed or not, and said the Uhuru Kenyatta’s purported Deep State was a clueless entity that either existed or was with Kenya Kwanza.
“Figment of their imaginations. They couldn’t get around Chebs,” Makali stated.
This is following the happenings on August 9 when the presidential general election and tallying process was taking place at the Bomas of Kenya.
And according to the lawyer, the Deep State failed to deliver a win for Azimio la Umoja despite having all the wealth and power with them.
He added that they had money but they couldn’t get around Mr. Chebukati so that he could announce them the winners.
Korir alleged that starting August 9, the said Deep State cabal was walking around with billions in cash with an aim of bribing the IEBC Chairman but their attempts were futile as they couldn’t get hold of him.
“Imagine I am told they were walking around with billions in cash to give to give to Chebs and they Couldn’t reach him. Useless and Bogus!” he charged.
The IEBC chairman seemed unbothered with their monies, intimidation and threats and had made his decision on who was going to be announced as the president-elect.
