The Big Flexa hit maker, Costa, collapsed while performing at the Ultra Music Festival in Johannesburg on Saturday March 11 night.
The South African Amapiano star Costa Titch, real name Costa Tsobanoglou, was a popular name in the entertainment circles around the world.
eNCA reported on Saturday March 12 that the music star collapsed while staging an electrifying Amapiano show at night.
Looking at afew viral videos circulating online, the 27-year-old star can be spotted falling twice on stage during the performance.
He was popular for his hit music Big Flexa which astronomically shot him to international stages .
