Law Society of Kenya LSK President Nelson Havi has published in dailies the sacking of his Chief Executive Officer Mercy Kalondu Wambua.
Havi went public through a hard hitting cease notice in the major Daily Papers signed October 21st in which he dismissed Wambua and distanced himself from any of her future activities in and out of office.
“…on behalf of the Law Society of Kenya. The Law Society of Kenya will not be bound by or held liable for any transaction, communication or business undertaken by her. Any person dealing with her shall do so at his or her own risk and responsibility. ^POLSK,” Havi tweeted.

Havi and Wambua have had a prolonged fight in office which now seems to have culminated into her final sacking.
Reacting on this development, Nairobi Lawyer Mutula Kilonzo castigated the Law Society of Kenya LSK President Nelson Havi for embarrassing Wambua through the daily Papers which he argued can amount to defamation.
This is called abuse of office my President. Ask Trump

Taking to the comments section, Lawyer Mutula observed that for the president going as far as making this public was unbecoming and not different from what Trump did to Americans who seemed to differ with his rule.
“Mr. President this is abuse of office. Ask Trump,” Mutula wrote as Martha Karua added weight saying the council had overruled on Wambua.
